About The Position

Hammer Head Security is a family-owned and military-friendly security services firm based out of Stockton, CA, providing armed, unarmed, patrol, personal protection, and event security services throughout the Central Valley, Sacramento Region, and Bay Area. We are seeking Security Professionals to join our expanding and essential team.

Requirements

  • Valid Guard Card required
  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
  • Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and reporting systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and remain alert throughout shift

Nice To Haves

  • Previous security or patrol experience preferred
  • Strong observation and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Monitor live CCTV camera systems and report suspicious activity
  • Conduct visible vehicle and foot patrols of assigned properties
  • Perform security checks, QR scans, and perimeter inspections
  • Inspect fence lines, gates, loading docks, pedestrian doors, and exterior building areas
  • Monitor for unauthorized access, trespassing, theft, vandalism, safety hazards, and suspicious activity
  • Control access at entrances, gates, and loading dock areas
  • Verify individuals without gate codes and contact site management for approval before granting access
  • Complete Daily Activity Reports (DAR), incident reports, and patrol documentation
  • Use company apps, GPS verification, and photos for patrol documentation
  • Assist front desk operations during business hours, including employee and visitor check-in support
  • Observe package receiving activity and report concerns immediately
  • Coordinate with Dispatch, site management, and CCTV personnel
  • Maintain continuous camera monitoring coverage until properly relieved
  • Follow Observe & Report procedures and company policies at all times
