About The Position

Elite Security & Staffing Company, a premier security provider in San Diego County for over 25 years, is seeking experienced, dependable, and professional Vehicle Security Patrol Officers. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to community safety. The officer will patrol multiple client locations, including municipal airports, shopping centers, commercial properties, parking facilities, and public/private venues throughout San Diego County. The position primarily covers graveyard and overnight shifts, with occasional daytime opportunities.

Requirements

Current California Guard Card (required).
Minimum age of 25 years.
At least 5 years of licensed driving experience.
Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Ability to provide an updated DMV driving record every 3 months.
3–5 years of professional security experience.
Experience operating company patrol vehicles.
Strong communication, observation, and decision-making skills.
Professional appearance and reliable work ethic.
Experience using TrackTik for reporting.

Responsibilities

Conduct vehicle, foot, and standing patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Observe, report, and document suspicious activity or security concerns.
Respond professionally to incidents, emergencies, and client requests.
Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
Deliver exceptional customer service while interacting with clients, tenants, visitors, and the public.
Enforce property rules and company policies with professionalism and integrity.
