Requirements
- A high school diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- The ability to adapt in a fluid and changing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.
- Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.
- No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.
Responsibilities
- Serves as Logistics point of contact for a number of auction locations.
- Develops working relationships with auction representatives, dealers, commercial consignors and vendors.
- Quotes prices and sells Logistics services to dealers purchasing vehicles in the lanes at assigned auctions.
- Fields inbound calls and emails
- Works directly with auction customers to expedite and process logistics needs.
- Provides updates to customers on status of orders.
- Uses problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues, escalating difficult issues that arise.
- Prioritizes daily tasks and completes tasks in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Communicates and collaborates effectively with the various departments supporting the overall business / Logistics process
- Working directly with auction customers to expedite and process transportation needs
- Updating customers on the status of transportation orders
- Hearing and working collaboratively to resolve customer issues
- Prioritizing daily tasks and completing tasks in an accurate and efficient manner
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
