This role focuses on vehicle operations and logistics, requiring proficiency in various platforms and systems to manage client records, transactions, and data. The specialist will handle inbound client communications (calls, emails, texts), identify client needs, research issues, and provide solutions. A key aspect of the role is building sustainable client relationships through best-in-class service and meeting performance criteria. Collaboration with peers and BPO partners is essential for delivering on client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The specialist will also engage with external vendors, clients, and customers to gather information, track vehicle status, and ensure program requirements are met. Identifying areas for process improvement and effective communication are also critical functions. The position is based at a specific Cox location and does not offer remote work.
