About The Position

The Vehicle Operations Assistant is a key position that supports the readiness of Lucid vehicles prior to customer taking delivery. This position partners with other members of the Delivery team to make sure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly. This position requires the ability to handle a rapidly changing workload and can prioritize accordingly. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Basic automotive knowledge
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Full-time, including weekends or extended hours during busy periods
  • Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire

Responsibilities

  • Provides a world-class customer experience to all Lucid customers, both internal and external
  • Facilitating vehicle movements, including dropping off or picking up customer and inventory vehicles and/or loaners and moves between locations/offsite lots
  • Managing inventory readiness, washing, staging, charging and software updating vehicles as required
  • Assisting in lot management, ensuring vehicles are well-organized and ready for sale
  • Coordinating with external carriers while loading/unloading vehicles, conducting inspections and logging paperwork as required
  • Assist in daily operations of the Delivery team in varied duties as assigned by the Delivery Manager
