Requirements

Qualifications in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
Strong, proven background in the industry (time-served, relevant qualifications, or equivalent practical experience will be considered).
Knowledge of vehicle systems, trailers, plant, and workshop equipment.
Strong diagnostic skills with a safety-first mindset.
Team player with good communication and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain the safety, readiness, and reliability of the company's fleet.
Support drivers and ensure customers can depend on the company's services.
Build and repair vehicles.
Contribute to team camaraderie, support, and teamwork.

Participate in training and development opportunities.

£5,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid after successful completion of 3 month settling in period)

Expected Overtime Earnings (£7,000) paid at 1.5x hourly rate
