About The Position
The Vehicle Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining and adjusting the placement and position of vehicles within the Service facilities. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Requirements
- A clean driving record and valid driver’s license are a must.
- Must be able to drive a standard transmission (stick shift).
- Ability to focus and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must be organized, able to manage time, and take initiative.
- Must comply with all safety rules and standards as set by management and appropriate governing agencies.
- Maintain a consistent and professional appearance in keeping with the required dress code.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by maintaining a clear and easy parking environment.
- Assist Service Advisors by tagging and moving customer vehicles.
- Help Loaner Car Advisor with maintaining vehicles.
- Be willing to do what is needed, when asked, in order to maintain an exceptional customer experience.
