About The Position
Pro-MotionPix is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Vehicle Inventory Porter & Photographer to help local dealerships showcase their inventory online. In this full-time role, you’ll travel between dealership locations to photograph, video, and manage vehicle inventory using a company-issued iPhone and our in-house app. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and takes pride in producing high-quality, consistent work.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and entering data
- Ability to perform physical tasks (moving and staging vehicles)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities
- Travel between assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle
- Locate, move, and stage vehicles for photo and video sessions
- Capture high-quality photos, spins, and videos using a company-provided iPhone
- Confirm VINs and verify inventory details before uploading
- Communicate with dealership staff regarding vehicle availability and readiness
- Maintain an efficient workflow to ensure inventory is updated and live online
