Vehicle Inventory Auditor
About The Position
CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. (CCC) is a leading cloud platform for the insurance economy, creating intelligent experiences for various industry stakeholders. CCC is hiring in Boston, MA for a Vehicle Inventory Auditor. This is a piece-rate role compensated based on completed vehicle audits, offering supplemental income. The work schedule is flexible, but candidates must have sufficient availability during standard daytime, weekday business hours to complete assigned audit work. Vehicle audit workloads vary by location and require recurring monthly availability. This role completes audits of automotive repair facilities within a specific area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Personal mobile and/or wi-fi Internet access is required for submitting data
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Ability to travel up to 250 miles for scheduled audit work
- Ability to work with required tablet-based applications and systems to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit tasks
- Ability to maintain sufficient daytime, weekday availability to complete recurring scheduled audit assignments

Responsibilities
- Complete assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer guidelines, based on site availability and scheduling
- Conduct required visual inspections while accurately documenting audit information.
- Ensure timely, accurate data is submitted to support our audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation
- Work independently while meeting quality standards and assigned deadlines
