About The Position
Roadrunner Services is seeking an Independent Contractor (1099) to perform digital condition reports via handheld devices on-site at auto auctions for clients. This role requires a minimum of 20-25 detailed vehicle inspections per day. The role pays $16 per hour. Due to the safety-sensitive nature of working with motor vehicles, marijuana and alcohol use are strictly prohibited during work hours, and inspectors cannot arrive at assignments impaired by or smelling like marijuana or alcohol.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of verifiable auto auction vehicle inspection (CR Writer) experience.
- Possession of a tire tread gauge and paint meter.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Physical ability to work outdoors.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
- Ability to perform detailed vehicle inspections at a minimum of 20-25 per day.
- Ability to begin training within 5 days of being hired.
