About The Position

Logistical Data Services is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Vehicle Inspectors. No inspection experience is required—we provide paid training and all the tools needed for success. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently, staying active throughout the day, and using technology in a hands-on environment. You'll inspect and document new vehicles, assist with vehicle rework, perform intermodal inspections, and use our industry-leading software platforms while helping some of the largest transportation and automotive companies in North America.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
High school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation
Ability to use a smartphone, tablet, or handheld device
Strong attention to detail
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Pass a background check
Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening, including testing for marijuana

Responsibilities

Inspect new vehicles for damage, defects, or discrepancies
Perform intermodal rework, inspections, and other operational support tasks as assigned
Complete basic vehicle rework and quality-related tasks when needed
Photograph and document findings using a handheld mobile device
Accurately record inspection data within company software
Complete reports in a timely and professional manner
Follow company procedures and quality standards
Work safely in a fast-paced vehicle processing environment
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members as needed
