About The Position
Growing national auto auction company is seeking a Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer! Full time, training provided, & immediate hire!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Computer and light mechanical experience
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and self-disciplined
- Highly customer service orientated
- Computer proficient
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Need to pass pre-employment screening
Responsibilities
- Complete accurate condition reports and post-sale inspections while meeting client and auction standards.
- Inspect vehicles cosmetically and mechanically, including frame and flood checks.
- Record mileage, options, damages, photos, and mechanical status accurately in the system.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality and compliance standards.
- Assist with PSI, arbitration, registration, and sale day operations as needed.
- Ensure vehicle information, trim codes, auction tags, and tablet syncing are properly managed.
- Complete 20–30 condition reports daily (excluding sale days).
- Communicate operational issues promptly and work effectively both independently and within a team.
