About The Position

Road & Rail Services is seeking a Vehicle Handler to join their team in Georgetown, KY. This role involves driving new vehicles onto railcars for transport. The position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, inspecting vehicles, driving them with precision, and ensuring safe and secure loading. It is described as a hands-on, high-impact role suitable for individuals who are part driver, part detail detective, and part vehicle loader.

This role is on-site and offers competitive hourly wages: A-Shift at $18.75/hr and B-Shift at $19.75/hr.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma/GED or the ability to obtain one.
• A love for teamwork and safety.
• A sense of humor and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Drive new vehicles onto railcars.
• Inspect vehicles for damage, fatigue, and anything suspicious.
• Climb ladders (16-20 feet high).
• Lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Follow safety procedures.
• Work as part of a team.
