About The Position

Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Vehicle Exchange Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will help current customers explore opportunities to upgrade their vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience. If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and helping customers find solutions that meet their needs, we want to meet you!

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service mindset.
Positive attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
Basic computer and CRM experience preferred.
Self-motivated with a desire to succeed.

Nice To Haves

Automotive, Sales, Service, BDC experience is a plus, but not required.
We are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Contact current dealership customers regarding vehicle upgrade and exchange opportunities.
Review customer vehicle ownership and equity positions.
Educate customers on the benefits of newer models, available incentives, and special programs.
Schedule appointments for customers interested in trading or upgrading their vehicles.
Follow up with customers via phone, text, email, and CRM systems.
Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
Work closely with the sales team and management to maximize customer opportunities.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the exchange process.
