Overview: As a Vehicle Exchange Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in the service drive, providing them with options for exchanging or trading in their vehicles. Your role will involve greeting customers, offering concierge and valet services, and educating them about their vehicle upgrade options. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition from service to sales, helping our customers make informed decisions about their vehicles.

Requirements

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone, text, and email.
Good people skills and a proactive approach to engaging with customers.
Experience or willingness to learn about vehicle appraisals and trade processes.

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Greet service drive customers warmly and provide them with options for selling or trading their vehicles. Use flyers, phone calls, and internet communication to present these options effectively.
Vehicle Appraisal: Offer fair and accurate appraisals of vehicles for trade or sale, ensuring a smooth and transparent process for customers.
Follow-Up: Reach out to customers via phone or internet who could not be met personally, ensuring that all potential opportunities are explored.
Enhance Customer Experience: Work to improve the customer experience on the service drive and within the dealership, creating a positive and welcoming environment.
