About The Position

WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Vehicle Detailer to wash and detail a variety of luxury vehicles.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with interior and exterior detailing as well as buffing vehicles
• 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience with various vehicle types and detailing products
• Must have a strong attention to detail
• A team player with good attitude and strong work ethic and attention to detail; must be dependable, with excellent attendance
• Able to use equipment and tools properly and safely
• Able to handle a high volume of work with little supervision
• The ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
• A high school diploma or equivalent, required
• Be fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Use specialized tools and products to ensure the vehicle's interior and exterior are spotless and protected
• Wax and buff vehicles using cloths and buffing machines
• Vacuum inside of vehicle to remove dirt and debris, clean surfaces, use air compressors and cloths to dry surfaces; apply preservation chemicals to surfaces for protection against spots and stains
• Use various hoses and pumps to wash, rinse and dry mats and polish wheels
• Manage inventory and reorder supplies to ensure a steady supply of cleaning agents and equipment
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Document all cleaning activities and keep work records, files and reports
• Perform other duties as assigned
