About The Position

GP Motor Company is looking for a skilled Detailer to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing vehicles to meet dealership presentation standards so they can be photographed, advertised, and sold. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can keep pace in a high-volume dealership environment. Vehicles must consistently meet dealership presentation standards before they are photographed, advertised, or placed on the sales lot.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• Previous detailing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet dealership quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to meet daily production expectations and adapt to changing priorities
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening in compliance with state law

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vehicle interiors, exteriors, and engine bays across a variety of vehicle types
• Operate detailing equipment including steamers, pressure washers, vacuums, air hoses, and related tools
• Apply cleaning, protective, and restorative products to bring vehicles up to dealership standards
• Prepare vehicles quickly and consistently to support dealership sales and inventory turnover
• Perform general shop clean-up and maintain a safe work environment
• Clean work areas and properly store equipment at the end of each shift
