About The Position
Robson Forensic is seeking an experienced ACTAR-certified reconstructionist to join their team as a Vehicle Crash/Reconstruction Forensic Expert. This role involves investigating vehicle crash incidents, analyzing collision events using comprehensive knowledge of reconstruction methods and tools, writing scientifically sound reports, and providing expert testimony. The expert will delve into the 'why' behind incidents, critically assessing decision-making, operational procedures, and the standard of care. Requirements
- ACTAR-certified reconstructionist.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; ABET-accredited college preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as an ACTAR-certified reconstructionist working real-world vehicle collision investigations.
- Experienced with scene investigations, event data recorder downloads, scene mapping, and post-collision vehicle inspection.
- Thorough working knowledge of crash reconstruction, scene investigation, human factors for drivers’ responses, and report-writing.
- Excellent technical, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical findings into clear, objective evidence for non-technical audiences.
- Clean background screen.
