About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of inventory control.
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM).
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of Vauto inventory is helpful but not required.
• Some general automotive knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with employees, customers, and managers to purchase pre-owned inventory for the dealership.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network.
• Make 80-100 market indications per day.
• Travel offsite to meet clients and appraise their vehicle for sale.
• Appraise vehicles using OBD scanners and tire tread gauges.
