About The Position

Requirements

  • The ability to welcome our guests to the dealership as if it were your own home!
  • Strong knowledge of automotive market values, vehicle appraisal, and sourcing methods
  • Ability to work independently and meet acquisition targets
  • Experience in vehicle purchasing, automotive sales, or dealership operations is a plus
  • Many of our team members have had previous experience in retail, electronics, telephone sales, food & beverage and hospitality.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures.
  • You are socially focused and cherish building and maintaining relationships.
  • Ability to qualify for a VSA license and/or already have one.
  • Can operate independently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality is best-in-class!
  • Ability to speak Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Punjabi is an asset!
  • Valid driver’s License with a clean driving abstract.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and acquire pre-owned vehicles through a variety of channels, including auctions, trade-ins, private sellers, and online marketplaces.
  • Perform comprehensive inspections and valuations, evaluating each vehicle's condition, history, and market value to ensure quality and profitability.
  • Negotiate purchase terms and pricing with sellers to secure favorable deals in alignment with dealership goals.
  • Accurately document all vehicle acquisitions, including purchase contracts, vehicle history reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Operate in a professional and ethical manner with the highest regard to exemplary customer service.
  • To have up-to-date product knowledge of all vehicles makes and models including competitive brands
