Responsibilities
- Actively source and purchase pre-owned vehicles through the service drive, digital marketplaces, auctions, referrals, and market research
- Build relationships and identify acquisition opportunities through internal dealership traffic and external networks
- Monitor market trends and vehicle availability to support inventory strategy and profitability goals
- Assist in coordinating auction inventory, including weekly lineup preparation as needed
- Maintain accurate accounting of all vehicles on dealership property
- Verify incoming vehicle information by comparing VINs/serial numbers against invoices and barcodes
- Assign and track stock control numbers for inventory management
- Catalog, organize, and maintain control of vehicle keys
- Run and interpret reports to identify vehicle locations and support inventory accuracy
- Maintain compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Protect confidential dealership, customer, and vendor information at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Adhere to dealership dress code and maintain a professional appearance
- Provide support with clerical and administrative duties as assigned
- Assist other departments as needed to support overall dealership operations and guest experience
- Work collaboratively with all dealership team members and maintain positive working relationships across departments
