Responsibilities

Actively source and purchase pre-owned vehicles through the service drive, digital marketplaces, auctions, referrals, and market research
Build relationships and identify acquisition opportunities through internal dealership traffic and external networks
Monitor market trends and vehicle availability to support inventory strategy and profitability goals
Assist in coordinating auction inventory, including weekly lineup preparation as needed
Maintain accurate accounting of all vehicles on dealership property
Verify incoming vehicle information by comparing VINs/serial numbers against invoices and barcodes
Assign and track stock control numbers for inventory management
Catalog, organize, and maintain control of vehicle keys
Run and interpret reports to identify vehicle locations and support inventory accuracy
Maintain compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Protect confidential dealership, customer, and vendor information at all times
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Adhere to dealership dress code and maintain a professional appearance
Provide support with clerical and administrative duties as assigned
Assist other departments as needed to support overall dealership operations and guest experience
Work collaboratively with all dealership team members and maintain positive working relationships across departments
