This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, takes pride in quality workmanship, and has strong mechanical skills.

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to read installation instructions and technical manuals.
High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Current driver's license with clean driving record.
Ability to safely lift and handle vehicle accessories.
Must be able to pass respirator exam.

Nice To Haves

Experience installing aftermarket vehicle accessories
Experience with automotive electrical systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Install a wide range of vehicle accessories, including: Grill guards, Front end replacements, Hitches, Camper shells, Side steps, Driving lights and light bars, Bed covers, Spray in liners, Misc. accessories
Perform installations to manufacturer specifications.
Diagnose and resolve installation issues.
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workshop.
Work effectively as part of a team while managing jobs independently.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude.
