About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Experienced Vegetation/Propagation Team Member to join our cultivation team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of tasks to ensure the highest quality plants are used for flower production. Ideal candidates should be punctual, well-groomed, and ready to work in a dynamic environment that requires standing for long hours and adapting to different conditions.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in loud environments
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in dark, bright, or low-oxygen environments
Ability to work with or around potentially caustic chemicals
Understanding of compliance regulations and ability to follow SOPs
Must be 21 years or older
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field
Knowledge of the cannabis plant and cultivation processes
Experience with plants, agriculture, or commodity crops
Flexible availability and willingness to adapt to changing schedules

Responsibilities

Support the Cultivation Team in meeting production goals and maintaining quality standards.
Perform essential tasks, including: Transplanting, Plant maintenance, Moving and transporting plants, Deep cleaning of grow rooms and shared spaces, Cross-training with the Fertigation, Flower, and Harvest Teams.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and assist in additional tasks as needed.
Follow the best agricultural practices and maintain a clean and compliant work environment.
Accurately record data, inventories, and documentation as required.
