About The Position

The Veeva Vault Architect will lead Functional/technical requirements sessions, architect & document technical solutions, and build on the vault platform. Champion scalable and out-of-the-box solution design principles in Veeva Vault. Hands on experience in Veeva like workflows, UI Layout, domain-based functionalities, and securities per industry best practices. Be a credible subject matter expert in commercial content lifecycle related business processes. Design & develop interfaces with Veeva Vault. Translate business requirements into well designed solutions that best leverage the platforms. Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated with implementing the project from business requirements gathering through deployment. Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the business objectives. Lead the technical delivery of Veeva vault implementations including development of solutions and integrations, managing technical scope and business expectations. Keep abreast with industry best practices and new trends. Research and design solution implementation options. Demonstrate technical thought leadership. Be comfortable with modern SDLC best practices including iterative and incremental development, delivering working software frequently with attention to technical excellence. Acts as a liaison between the Business teams and internal development staff and is responsible for leading the team during all phases of the project's lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field
• 6+ Years experience in building Veeva Vault products based on industry best practices
• Experience with Veeva Vault Admin functionalities
• Excellent client-facing written, presentation and verbal communications skills

Nice To Haves

• Veeva Vault Certification is preferred
• Experience in Healthcare or Medtech domain with related compliance expertise is an added advantage
• Experience in Veeva PromoMats or related products is preferred
