The VDI/Images Systems Administrator primary duty involves monitoring, maintaining , operating, and troubleshooting daily remote access technologies. Responsible for taking care of all the administration tools in the Citrix environment. Requirements
- Active TS/SCI + CI Poly clearance
- BS, 5-7 years of relevant experience; MS, 3-5 years; PhD, 0-2
- One of the Following DoD 8570/ CS-NET-451 certifications i s r equired : CASP+/SecurityX CISSP GCED CISA
- Proficiency in ITIL and other IT operations frameworks
- STIG implementation experience
- RMF knowledge
- ACAS / Nessus familiarity

Responsibilities
- Provides all the necessary support for Citrix Infrastructure
- Checking and controlling the server and offering solutions to its problems
- Supporting and preserving the Virtual Desktop setup of the institution, which includes, the AppSense and XenDesktop , XenApp, and others
- Help in organization and management of the business applications
- Determining the increased cases received by the IT Helpdesk
- Improving and adjusting the Virtual Desktop system
- Design and implement platform security
- Taking part in upgrading and updating the system’s applications, installing it with up-to-date descriptions
- Strengthen the apps, the Windows server, and the principal operating system
- Providing technical assistance for all the servers, desktops, and services that business
- Taking full control and accountability for applying, implementing, maintaining , and examining the documentation of the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
- Executing helpdesk calls and classifying cases according to their priorities and accelerations
