Requirements
- Top Secret/SCI clearance must currently be possessed.
- Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance must be obtainable.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Experience providing engineering support for legacy and current versions of Citrix products.
- 5+ years of experience with BS degree or a combination of years of experience and education.
- Progressive roles from Administrator to Sr. Engineer.
- Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops v7.15 and later.
- Citrix Provisioning Services (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS).
- Citrix Cloud Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD).
- Citrix Netscaler / ADC / VPX.
- Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM).
- Citrix App Layering.
- Liquidware Profile Unity.
- Hyper V, VMWare VDI (Microsoft or Citrix NetScalers / ADCs).
- Familiar with HP AnyConnect and Leostream.
- Active/current TS/SCI level clearance.
- US Citizenship Required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience managing and administering Windows Server clustering.
- Experience with Infrastructure as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, etc.
- System Center Virtual Machine Manager/Vmware Vcenter 6.7.
- Active Directory/ Group Policies.
- Home Directory and Profile management Support Services.
- Desktop Software provisioning and Support Services.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, configuration, and maintenance of a large, globally accessed virtual desktop environment.
- Troubleshoot performance issues across the organization as the Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Provide TIER 3/4 support to system administrators to resolve VDI issues.
- Provide guidance on optimization of desktops for platform interoperability.
- Act as liaison between Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies.
- Offer endpoint support on issues and trouble resolution tasks on Virtual Desktop related tasks.
- Conduct trade studies and make recommendations on solutions and "make buy" decisions.
- Operate across multiple and complex production environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Apply extensive technical expertise and have full knowledge of other related disciplines.
