About The Position

As a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Engineer, you will manage the planning, implementation, and support of enterprise-wide VDI systems, ensuring optimal performance, usability, and scalability for an organization's technology infrastructure. This role involves configuring and managing VDI solutions, troubleshooting complex technical challenges, and designing innovative solutions to support a hybrid or remote-first workforce. You will apply advanced advising and engineering skills, deep technical expertise, and industry knowledge to create solutions for medium-to-large enterprises.

Requirements

  • Experience with configuration, deployment, and management of VDI platform Citrix
  • Experience managing VDI infrastructure on on-premises, hybrid, or cloud environments, including VMware
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS
  • IAM Level II Certification

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Citrix 2402 LTSR
  • Experience with NetScaler
