VDC Rail Unloader

Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education degree (GED)
- Ability to operate a vehicle.
- Safety conscious person.
- Ability to climb and do heavy lifting
- Ability to follow strict damage prevention procedures
- Basic personal computer skills.
- Must be able to obtain eRailSafe certification.
Nice To Haves
- Three (3) month related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
Responsibilities
- Remove rail chalks from tires.
- Drive vehicles off rail cars.
- Drive vehicles to specific locations.
- Lifting and laying bridge plates
- Working in very tight spaces between rail cars and vehicles climbing up/down and in/out of rail cars.
