VIATechnik's Studio Flow is seeking a VDC Manager to enhance digital delivery for a diverse client portfolio including leading contractors, owners, and design firms. This remote position involves overseeing end-to-end VDC engagements, ensuring technical rigor, guiding project teams, and acting as a trusted client advisor. The role requires translating complex BIM/VDC workflows into practical field and coordination outcomes to significantly improve project performance. This position combines delivery excellence, team leadership, and innovation, with responsibilities including refining workflows, strengthening client relationships, and integrating emerging technologies to boost modeling quality, coordination efficiency, and field execution. Responsibilities

• Own project execution from modeling strategy to clash coordination, model management, and field deliverables. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery aligned with VIATechnik standards.
• Lead client meetings, present technical work with clarity, and surface opportunities for enhanced coordination, workflow improvement, or expanded service offerings.
• Coach, mentor, and develop BIM specialists and project teams. Drive consistency in deliverables, reduce rework, and elevate team performance through structured training and expectations.
• Evaluate, pilot, and integrate emerging tools including AI-enabled workflows, automation, and field technologies that improve reliability and efficiency in VDC execution.
