About The Position

The VDC Intern will work alongside the VDC Manager and project teams to support the integration of digital tools and modeling into the construction process. The role provides hands-on experience in construction technology, coordination, and visualization. It is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, in-person internship in the Project Services Group’s Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Department.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in construction management and the construction industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Motivated and driven.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a primary focus on collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the VDC Manager.
• Assist with technical and modeling support for project teams during all phases of construction.
• Assist in producing presentation graphics for project proposals and interviews.
• Assist in developing, documenting, and presenting best practices for the Project Services Group.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
