About The Position
This is an entry level position working with experienced Detailers, utilizing BIM fabrication modelling software, on the detailing of Plumbing, Mechanical and HVAC systems and producing fabrication drawings for installation and fabrication for manufacturing division.
Requirements
- Knowledge of mechanical or plumbing systems
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Autodesk Fabrication CADMEP, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks or any other BIM software is a plus
- A working familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret technical literature/writing and plans
- Ability to define problems, assess options and make appropriate recommendations
- Self-driven desire to learn, become competent, and succeed in field
- Ability to distinguish between shades of color
- Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to train and mentor
- Good self-management and organizational skills
