About The Position

This is a FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME position working with our Project Manager to prepare complex and original designs that require a high degree of precision using Revit. Develops and maintains drafting standards and procedures with the full-time opportunity for potential growth in the active development, cultivation, and maintenance of project-associated relationships (PRM). THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.

Requirements

Proficient experience or knowledge in Autodesk Revit software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to understand technical drawings and plans and ability to create verifiable reports and exhibits
Keen attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or attending school in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or other related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops Revit system designs and documentation
Uses design and modeling software to support requests given during pursuit and the award of plumbing & HVAC projects
Collaborates with estimators, project managers, engineers, BIM Modelers, architects, and GUNTHERS clients
Determines the proper elements and scale for construction sites
Gathers and analyze data on costs, materials, and labor
Meets deadlines while modeling GUNTHERS exceptional standard of quality
Supports Project Manager in additional tasks as needed
