About The Position

The Vascular Ultrasound Tech performs all non-invasive vascular examinations; ensures all vascular examinations are performed and reports are delivered on a timely basis.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasonography program.
• Registered in vascular sonography by ARDMS or CCI, or registry eligible.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret ultrasound images.
• Ability to operate ultrasound equipment and adjust settings to obtain diagnostic results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients.

Nice To Haves

• Previous vascular ultrasound experience recommended, but not required.
