Requirements

Associate’s degree in Ultrasound Technology and/or the following licenses or certifications: (ARDMS) American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, (RDMS) Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, (RVT) Registered Vascular Technologist or obtain within 6 months of hire or transfer into the position
BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

Works under minimal supervision with the physicians and peers to perform ultrasound imaging exams, exam protocols, accreditation, operations, and facilitation of equipment maintenance.
