About The Position

DocStar Medical Partners is seeking a Vascular Surgeon for a Medical Center in New York. This is a full-time opportunity with a start date of 7/3/2026 and an end date of 7/25/2026, with the possibility of extension. The role requires expedited credentialing and a clean background. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm, which may vary depending on OR and office days. Weekend call is from 7 am to 7 am, and may include hospital rounding depending on patient status. Call volume is light, with 1 to 3 calls per week for post-operative coverage and complications. The physician will manage a patient volume of 16 to 18 patients per day and perform a full scope of vascular cases and procedures, including endovascular procedures and hybrid room cases, but no open AAA. The EMR systems used are Meditech for the hospital and eClinical Works for the clinic. A New York license is required. Board certification or eligibility within 2 years is necessary, along with ACLS and ABS in Vascular Surgery or SVS. ABVLM is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required. The position offers APP support with 2 APPs and the physician will be providing solo coverage.

Requirements

• BC or BE within 2 years
• ACLS (required)
• ABS in Vascular Surgery or SVS required
• 1 year minimum relevant experience/skill set
• Clean background absolutely required
