Vascular Sonographer - Per Diem - Encinitas
About The Position
This is a casual (per diem) position based at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas, offering varied 10-hour shifts. Candidates must be available to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month, including at least 2 weekend shifts. Start times may include 6:00 a.m., 11:00 a.m., or 2:00 p.m. Call coverage is from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. This role provides coverage for staffing needs, including sick calls, vacations, and other schedule gaps. Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas is a 173-bed acute care facility in coastal north county San Diego and is home to notable specialty programs including a 24-hour emergency room, accredited stroke care, physical rehabilitation services (including a brain injury day treatment program). Requirements
- RVT or RVS
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years’ experience
- Hospital experience
- Completion of formal training/educational program in a school that is accredited by CAAHEP (Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs)
