About The Position

We’re growing our vascular team and looking for experienced Vascular Sonographers who want to continue building their specialty in a supportive team environment. You'll partner closely with vascular surgeons while performing high-quality vascular ultrasound studies and helping create an excellent experience for every patient. You’ll also be part a sonographer-led clinical community that understands your work, values strong imaging standards, and supports your continued growth.

Requirements

• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) credential
• 1+ years vascular sonography experience, preferably working with a vascular surgeon
• Knowledgeable of human anatomy and medical terminology related to specialty
• Knowledge of applied physics related to ultrasound
• Compliant with HIPAA as it relates to the use of EMR systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Calm under pressure and compassionate with patients
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future

Nice To Haves

• Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)(RCS)(RCCS)
• Bachelor's degree in Sonography or other related fields of study

Responsibilities

• Perform sonographic procedures
• Travel to clinic sites within your assigned area
• Inspect and review patient charts, reports, lab results, and medical history
• Create reports to assist the physician with documentation
• Communicate sonographic findings to physician
• Assist with training and mentoring new team members
• Communicate machine errors or needs to maintain quality machines and imagery
• Restock sonography rooms with required supplies for sonography performance
• Increase your knowledge of diseases and new procedures through CMEs
• Other duties assigned by managers
