As a Vascular Surgery Physician Assistant (PA), you’ll join a highly skilled and supportive clinical team with strong physician and peer collaboration, dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered vascular care.

Requirements

Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in Maryland, or eligibility for Maryland licensure
Current NCCPA certification
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
Clinical experience in vascular surgery, surgery, interventional radiology, cardiology, or acute care strongly preferred
Ability to manage complex, high-acuity patients in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
Comfortable working within a collaborative, physician-supported practice model

Responsibilities

Managing inpatient and outpatient vascular consults and follow-up care
Providing pre- and post-procedural patient assessments, care, and education
Collaborating closely with vascular surgeons, fellow PAs, and clinical staff in a highly supportive environment
Supporting care coordination and clinical decision-making for complex, high-acuity patients
Helping ensure continuity of care across inpatient and outpatient settings
Contributing to quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives
