About The Position

We are seeking a Vascular & Interventional Radiologist for a Locum Tenens position in Springfield, Ohio. This inpatient role involves clinical duties and call coverage, starting June 15, 2026, and ongoing. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with night and weekend call. The average daily patient volume is 15-25, and the annual ER volume is 80K. The department has 2 physicians in practice, a full support staff, and 2 radiology rooms. The EMR system used is Epic and PACs. The role requires performing general community interventional radiology procedures, with a strong focus on biopsy and cancer needs.

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active OH License
• Active DEA Certification
• BLS/ACLS Certified
• NPDB Report

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person interventional radiology coverage.
• Perform general community interventional radiology procedures.
• Manage biopsy and cancer-related interventions.
• Participate in 7 days per week call schedule.
• Utilize Epic and PACs for clinical documentation.
