The Vascular District Manager will be responsible for the overall hiring and on-boarding of sales representatives, mentoring, team development, implementing retention strategies. The Vascular District Manager is responsible for leading the team by building business through developing new accounts and driving therapy adoption of the full Vascular product portfolio that includes but not limited to peripheral arterial disease, venous disease, embolization, carotid and fistula maintenance. This position will develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue and profitability goals for a specified District.
