About The Position
Hartford HealthCare Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Vascular Surgeon to join their expanding Vascular service line with a specific focus on Dialysis Access. The role involves creation and maintenance of dialysis access, including AV fistulas and grafts, for patients across the Greater Hartford area. The ideal candidate will understand the unique needs of this patient population, collaborate effectively with Nephrology partners, and facilitate coordinated care for both inpatient and outpatient management. This position is part of the Hartford HealthCare Heart & Vascular Institute, a leading destination for cardiovascular care in Connecticut, known for advanced procedures and innovative technology.
Requirements
- BC/BE Vascular Surgeon
- Understanding of the unique needs of the dialysis access patient population.
- Ability to work closely with local Nephrology partners.
- Ability to facilitate the coordination of care for dialysis access patients.
Responsibilities
