At Oklahoma Children’s Hospital, our dedicated Pediatric Vascular Access Service delivers expert, end-to-end vascular access solutions designed to improve patient outcomes, reduce delays, and support clinical teams. As a specialized consult service, we don’t just place lines—we assess, recommend, and deliver the right device the first time, tailored to each patient’s unique treatment needs. An OU Health Registered Nurse (RN) II works under general supervision and provides nursing care in a hospital setting to a variety of patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex. They are a critical link within their department in maintaining and modeling nursing practice standards and upholding the nursing code of ethics to ensure the highest quality of safe, patient care.
