The VAS Returns Clerk is responsible for performing value added services including product inspections and evaluations within departmental specifications. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiar in working with electronic devices preferred
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to read and comprehend procedures and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task, set project priorities, goals and objectives for self
- Ability to communicate with co-workers effectively and professionally
Responsibilities
- Analyze and review customer returned products for warranty, damage, and defects
- Conduct limited research and update electronic records
- Determine the disposition of returned products
- Process returns in a management set time limit
- Supports safety initiatives and follows all safety guidelines
- Other Duties as assigned
