1st Shift Temporary VAS Line Worker
About The Position
CJ Logistics is seeking motivated VAS Line Workers who are ready to lift their careers and join a team that values safety, precision, and performance. As a VAS Line Worker, you will safely fulfill manual orders, including picking, kitting, repairing, and restoring cases for value-added services. This role makes a tangible impact on the supply chain by helping to deliver excellence globally. The pay range is $15.44 per hour, with a schedule of Monday-Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. Requirements
- Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions.
- Ability to take coaching well and communicate respectfully with others.
- Ability to stand 8 to 12 hours per day in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to follow process to log all product defects or missing inventory.
- Previous general work experience.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliability.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill manual orders, which may include case or each picking, kitting, lumping, value-added services, and e-commerce order fulfillment.
- Repair and salvage damaged products by reworking and restoring them for use.
- Perform visual quality checks for correct product, damage, proper quantity, and customer shipping requirements.
- Confirm that specific customer packaging requirements are met to avoid supplier penalties.
- Communicate all product defects or missing inventory to management.
- Follow specific work instructions and pre-established guidelines.
- Assist with physical inventories.
