About The Position

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Co-Pack/VAS Lead responsible for monitoring multiple tasks and assisting in Co-pack/VAS operations with limited supervision. This role also involves performing basic inventory control tasks. Requirements

  • 2 years warehouse experience.
  • Co-pack, labeling, QA, IC experience.
  • Warehouse safety experience.
  • Be able to lead a team of associates with minimal direction.
  • Computer experience a must.
  • Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others.
  • Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.

Nice To Haves

  • College is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising / leading of warehouse employees, time keeping / temp roster, inventory checks, cleaning of the warehouse
  • Restack, repack, and label boxes according to production and customer requirements
  • Assemble and build new end‑cap displays with accuracy and consistency
  • Operate efficiently on a fast‑paced production line while maintaining quality standards
  • Follow all safety procedures when working around machinery, conveyors, and automated systems
  • Identify and report issues such as packaging defects, labeling errors, or equipment jams
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked work area
  • Adapt to changing tasks, product types, and production priorities
  • Communicate with supervisors and teammates to keep workflow running smoothly
  • Meet daily attendance, punctuality, and productivity expectations
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager
