About The Position
The VAS Lead is responsible for monitoring multiple tasks and assisting in Co-pack operations with limited supervision. This role requires the ability to perform basic inventory control tasks and maintain a neat, orderly, and clean warehouse operation. The lead will also be responsible for supervising and leading warehouse employees, managing timekeeping and temporary rosters, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring the cleanliness of the warehouse.
Requirements
- 2 years warehouse experience.
- Co-pack, labeling, QA, IC experience.
- Warehouse safety experience.
- Be able to lead a team of associates with minimal direction.
- Computer experience a must.
- Good Communication, people skills with problem resolution.
- Management skills and to be able to manage employees.
Nice To Haves
- College is a plus.
