About The Position
The VAS Lead (2nd Shift) is responsible for monitoring multiple tasks and assisting in Co-pack operations with limited supervision. This role requires the ability to perform basic inventory control tasks and maintain a neat, orderly, and clean warehouse operation. The position involves supervising and leading warehouse employees, managing timekeeping and temporary rosters, conducting inventory checks, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness.
Requirements
- 2 years warehouse experience.
- Co-pack, labeling, QA, IC experience.
- Warehouse safety experience.
- Be able to lead a team of associates with minimal direction.
- Computer experience a must.
- Good Communication, people skills with problem resolution.
- Management skills and to be able to manage employees.
Nice To Haves
- College is a plus.
