GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY Co-Pack lead: Responsible for monitoring multiple tasks and assist in Co-pack operations with limited supervision. Ability to perform basic inventory control tasks.

Requirements

  • 2 years warehouse experience.
  • Co-pack, labeling, QA, IC experience.
  • Warehouse safety experience.
  • Be able to lead a team of associates with minimal direction.
  • Computer experience a must.
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be articulate and comfortable speaking in front of others.
  • Regularly works in an indoor/warehouse environment and required to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift or kneel during the work day.
  • Frequently required to talk, hear, and communicate to customers or other employees.
  • Must be able to work in excess of continuous 8 hours when required.

  • College is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising / leading of warehouse employees.
