About The Position
Bishop Blanchet High School is seeking a Varsity Assistant Softball Coach for the 2026-2027 spring season. Applicants with JUCO, NAIA, and D1-3 experience, but not a requirement, previous coaching experience at the HS level, 21 years or older, possessing a valid Washington State driver's license, and current First Aid/CPR/AED certification are preferred. This position reports to the Athletic Director. Softball is a spring sport. The season runs from March 1 through May 22, 2027.

Responsibilities
- Compliance with all Bishop Blanchet HS, Metro League, and WIAA policies and procedures.
- Supervision of student-athletes during all team activities.
- Effective communication with players, coaching colleagues, and parents.
- Promotion of sportsmanship, camaraderie, and fair play among team members.
- Developing players through skill development.
- Teaching the rules of the game and technique to improve player development.
- Summer Activities and Camp participation is encouraged with the job.
